- Consultation requests: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, the areas of hair loss you select and anything you write in the message field.
- Messages and photos you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Technical data needed to run the website securely, such as server logs.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare your personal treatment plan.
- To organise your treatment, travel and follow-up if you decide to book.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We process this data on the basis of your consent and, if you book, to carry out the services you request. Information about your health is treated as special category data and is only seen by the medical team and staff who need it.
How long we keep it
Consultation requests that do not lead to treatment are deleted after 24 months. Medical records are kept for the period required by Turkish law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver your treatment and stay, such as the hospital and hotel, and with providers that host this website, under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
